• True lakefront on Payette Lake's Sylvan Beach (70' of private sandy beach + private dock for boat tie-ups, swims, and sunset cruises)(the dock is installed mid May-early September--contact us if needed to confirm dock is installed)

• WiFi for remote work, streaming, or sharing way too many lake photos

--OUTDOOR LIVING--

• Private sandy beach – spread out with chairs, towels, and sand toys

The Wigwam is a detached guest cabin on the property that is winterized when the weather turns cold; it's available seasonally approximately from Memorial Day to early October (please inquire for availability if looking to book around these dates)

• Full Bathroom (walk-in shower and a separate toilet closet)
