This rustic yet modern three-story townhome feels incredibly private, with mountain views to the west and forest views to the east. Quick access to the Buttercup Trail System and groomed Nordic trails makes this the ideal location for summer hiking/biking, as well as winter exploring! Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

PRIMARY BEDROOM

Enjoy the comforts of your King bed and relax in the spa-like ensuite, complete with a large soaker tub and separate shower. The primary bedroom is on the second floor.

GUEST BEDROOM

The downstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed as well as a private bathroom. It's located in the daylight basement, with direct access to the hot tub on the back patio.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Buttercup Ridge has an exceptionally private covered back patio, and it's the perfect place to start your day with coffee and the sounds of nature; you can also have a cookout on the gas BBQ grill. A soak in your private hot tub is the perfect way to après or unwind after a day on the mountain. FYI This property does NOT have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort, and we recommend opening windows in the evening and closing them during the day.

PARKING

Guests will have access to a one-car detached garage, and the driveway can accommodate one additional car. For Guests with over-sized vehicles or boats, parking permits can be purchased from Tamarack Outfitters for the Aspen Parking Lot. Please call ahead to confirm availability.
