We’re Brian and Kelly, co-owners of Bespoke Properties, and we built this company around a simple belief: hospitality should feel personal, not transactional. With 20+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, homeowner services, and project management—from the energy of Los Angeles, Shanghai, and Toronto to the laid-back charm of our West Central Mountain resort towns—we’ve seen what “good enough” looks like, and we knew we wanted better. After managing nearly 150 homes in Valley County, Idaho we set out to flip the script: fewer properties, deeper care, and a standard of cleanliness and maintenance that leaves nothing to question. We founded Bespoke in 2022 as a boutique, intentionally small portfolio so we can stay close to what matters most—seriously clean, meticulously maintained homes, guests who feel genuinely welcomed and looked after, and homeowners who know their properties are treated as if they were our own. Every stay is data-informed and detail-obsessed, but delivered with warmth: white glove hospitality without the attitude, concierge-level service without the fuss, and impeccably run luxury resort and short-term rental investments that feel as comfortable and cared for as a home should.
